Rainy Lake Medical Center Auxiliary gathered Nov. 7 at the hospital.
Auxiliary president Carolyn McDougall presided at the meeting and led in reciting the prayer for hospital auxiliaries.
Hospital administrator Bonnie Erickson stopped by to thank auxiliary members for all that they do for the hospital. She outlined ongoing improvements at the hospital.
The annual bake sale was reported successful. The committee thanked everyone who donated baked goods or made monetary donations.
Sonia Wegge, corresponding secretary, reported on cards sent and membership numbers.
Gift shop chairperson Helen Billig reported on the gift shop. Christmas items will soon be shown.
Sue Larsen has been working on updating the auxiliary scrapbook. She displayed it at the meeting and members were impressed at the results.
Attendance prizes were awarded to McDougall, Larsen, Beverly Beck, Mickie Olson and Marguerite Davison.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the auxiliary will be Dec. 5 at the hospital.
