Rainy Lake Medical Center Auxiliary President Carolyn McDougall presided at the Aug. 1 auxiliary meeting at the hospital.
Hospital liaison Mickie Olson reported on hospital events. The annual golf classic sponsored by the RLMC Foundation was very successful.
Committee reports included the membership drive held during Crazy Daze, Sonia Wegge, chairperson.
Volunteer director Florence Hervey said training for new volunteers is about complete.
Gift shop manager Helen Billig reported there are new items at the shop, including candles and sachets for cats and dogs. Fall and winter items are on order.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the auxiliary will be Sept. 5 at the hospital.
