Officials of the Arrowhead Library System and International Falls Public Library invite photographers of all abilities to an opportunity to become inspired and informed with John Gregor’s photography presentation, “Professional Photography for Everyone,” at the International Falls Public Library at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Gregor, of Coldsnap Photography, will share his presentation of photographs, and provide ideas, tips and techniques intended help participants become better photographers. The program is geared toward teens and adults and will consist of two sessions of approximately 45 minutes each.
The first session will focus on photographing nature; the second will focus on taking pictures of people. Minnesota Monthly described Gregor’s workshops as: “Your sunset pics are okay, but when you’re ready to photograph the outdoors with an artistry worthy of nature’s glory, call John Gregor’s ColdSnap studio in Two Harbors...”
Admission to the event is provided by the Arrowhead Library System and money from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund created through the passage of the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment.
