An editorial published in the June 16 edition gave inaccurate information about where all-terrain vehicles may ride in Koochiching County. ATVs are not allowed to travel in ditches of county roads. Instead, a county ordinance allows ATVs to travel at low speeds on the far shoulder of a roadway with the traffic. Riders must have a drivers license. All state ATV rules and regulations must be complied with.
