Once again, Indus Community Education is “Calling all Quilters” to the 16th Annual Quilt Show at the Indus School set for May 19.
As in the past, the show will be hosted from 5 to 7 p.m. in the library. Area quilters are welcome and encouraged to bring their handiwork and creativity to the Indus School for display. The response in past years has been overwhelming, according to school officials.
In addition to the quilt show, several other events are scheduled. A small craft fair will also take place in the library area.
A baked potato supper sponsored by Family and Consumer Sciences will be served in the FACS room from 4:30 to 6:30 with free will donations accepted.
The evening will conclude with the piano recital at 6:30 and the Indus Spring Music Concert at 7.
For more information about the quilt show or to sign up for a craft fair table, call Janet Hasbargen at the Indus School at 285-3479 or 634-2425, ext. 111.
