Bacon receives RN degree from HCC
Dana Bacon, a 2005 graduate of Falls High School, recently earned her degree in registered nursing from Hibbing Community College.
Bacon worked her way up in the medical field from a certified nursing assistant, then acquired her licensed practical nursing degree and associate of arts degree from Rainy River Community College before attending HCC.
She is the daughter of Wade and Linda Bacon and Lori Bacon.
Students named to SCSU dean’s list
St. Cloud State University has announced the names of 1,439 students whose academic achievement placed them on the spring semester dean’s list.
To be eligible for the honor, students must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
International Falls students named to the dean’s list include, Kisha Cowgill, School of Health and Human Services, social work; Kelsey Kurhais, School of Education, elementary education; and Bethany Shevich, School of Education, elementary education.
