Gary Hultman becomes Dr. Seuss and reads to elementary students at Indus.

Indus School Report

Once again, Dr. Seuss’s birthday was celebrated Feb. 27-March 2 at Indus School.

Along with a “green eggs and ham” breakfast, preschool through grade six had activities daily during the week. Monday was “Kid in a Hat Day,” Tuesday was “Grinch Green Day,” Wednesday was “Bedtime Story Day,” when students could wear their pajamas to school and read, Thursday was “Fox in Socks Day,” when everyone wore their favorite long socks and showed them off, Friday, “Who-ville Hair Day,” was celebrated with fun hairstyles.

The Indus Child Development class put on crazy wigs and read to some of the elementary classes in the afternoon. Principal Bryan Brown also read stories to children in their classrooms.
