Lewis receives certificate of achievement

Lois Lewis, Indus School ProStart instructor, at left, is pictured with Maria Lewis, the second Indus student to achieve National Restaurant Association recognition. She earned and recently received a NRA Certificate of Achievement. Lewis, a 2013 Indus graduate, completed two years of restaurant management and culinary arts classroom instruction, passed certification examinations for both years with high scores, and completed 400 hours of work-based learning in both volunteer and paid settings. Her internship was served at Coffee Landing Cafe, International Falls. Lewis is currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Stout, majoring in hospitality and tourism.
