Piano solo award
The Rainy River District Festival of Performing Arts was conducted recently in Fort Frances. Jake Erickson took first place in his age group in the category of Piano Solo. The fifth grade student at West End Elementary School memorized his selection, “Morning Prayer,” by Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
