With only four precincts left to report as of midnight, it appears incumbent Rob Ecklund is the winner of the Minnesota House District 3A race.
Ecklund, of International Falls, has 59.3 percent of the votes over his opponent, Randy Goutermont with 40.57 percent.
Koochiching County voters favored Ecklund with 61.66 percent of votes over Goutermont with 38.22 percent.
