Congressman Pete Stauber will serve another term representing Minnesota's 8th District.
Shortly after the race was called by the AP News Service, D-FL challenger Quinn Nystrom called Stauber, a Republican from Hermantown, to concede the race.
As of 1 a.m. Wednesday, 84.79 percent of the votes were in with Stauber receiving 182,149 votes or 55.46 percent to Nystrom's 127,772 votes or 38.90 percent.
Judith Schwartzbacker, Grassroots - Legalize Cannabis, received 18,341 votes or 5.58 percent.
