The public is invited to a reception at Samplicity Art Hovel, located at 816 McPherson St., Littlefork, that features W. Scott Rollenhagen’s oil paintings.
People may meet the artist, visit with friends and neighbors, view a variety of art as well as locally-made crafts from 4-6 p.m. April 5.
Rollenhagen is a self-taught artist who has been drawing and painting his whole life.
“The thing about making art is that a person never stops learning more about it,” Rollenhagen said.
