Concert set for Sunday

A concert featuring Faith and the Believers Too is set for 2 p.m. Sunday in the Dungeon at the Backus Community Center.

The concert is being performed by nine musicians “who love every type of music,” states and news release, which also notes that several musical eras will be represented during the show.

Sunday’s song list includes a little bit of everything from “Mustang Sally” to “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

Musicians performing include Dan Griffith on the drums; Robert Jacobsen on the string bass; Pele Ugboaja will perform vocals and play guitar; Romeo Dugay will also perform vocals and play guitar; John Faith will play the fiddle, trumpet, keyboard and sing vocals; Jeremy Faith will play the fiddle, tuba and bari saxophone; Aron Bohnert will sing vocals and play the trombone; Bob Byman will sing vocals and play the trumpet; and Scott Robers will sing vocals as well as play the trumpet, ukulele and banjo.

Admission to the concert is by a free will offering. Suggested donations are $5 for students, $10 for adults and $25 for families. All donations are put towards the Dungeon and its expenses.

The Dungeon is located on northwest side of the Backus Community Center and handicap accessible.
