Summer Arts Week at Backus Community Center is in full swing this week with area youngsters participating in a variety of activities including acting in a play, learning violin and other workshops taught by local experts. The week is funded through grant dollars and scholarships from the Otto Bremer Foundation and the Henry and Virginia Sweatt Family Fund.
