Kalsie Briggs of the “Gizzard Girlz” may have come in second, but she wasn’t going to let that get in the way of her looking like she won. Briggs and 2013 Smoosh Race champions “The Old Fogies” had their photo taken with the permanent hand-carved trophy. While digits in for the temperature were in short supply, International Falls 33rd annual Icebox Days community celebration was long on smiles.
