Learning isn’t just about books. Classrooms should be comfy and fun places, too. Falls Elementary School first-grade teacher Kim McDonald said very little except for text books and maybe some paint are supplied by the district, and she isn’t alone. Now the district’s Parent Involvement Committee has created the Wishing Willow Program to help McDonald and her colleagues garner donations for supplies.
