The following people have been sentenced for aggravated misdemeanor or felony crimes in Koochiching County District Court.

• Patricia J. Dahl, 54, International Falls, was sentenced March 12 for gross misdemeanor operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

She was ordered to pay $4,120 fine and fees and serve one year in jail. All but $1,620 of the fine and 10 days of the jail time were stayed on court conditions. She was placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to serve 32 hours with the Sentence to Serve program. She was ordered not to possess or use alcohol or drugs and may not enter places where it is being used or sold. She must complete an alcohol assessment and submit to random searches and tests.

• Karen L. Larson, 52, International Falls, was sentenced March 12 for felony fifth-degree possession of drugs.

She was ordered to serve 13 months at the Minnesota Correctional Facility, Shakopee, which was stayed on court conditions. She was placed on five years supervised probation.

• Blake A. Museta, 20, International Falls, was sentenced March 16 for felony fifth-degree possession of drugs.

He was ordered to serve six months in jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

• Owen J. White, 21, International Falls, was sentenced March 12 for felony domestic assault — strangulation.

He was ordered to one year in jail, to be served concurrently with a previous sentence.

• Kayla J. Berry, 22, International Falls, was sentenced March 12 for felony fifth-degree possession of drugs.

She was ordered to pay $100 in fees and placed on three years supervised probation.

She was ordered not to possess or use alcohol or drugs and may not enter places where it is being used or sold. She must complete an alcohol assessment and submit to random searches and tests.

• Darrell E. Mattson, 53, International Falls, was sentenced March 12 for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.

He was ordered to serve one year in jail and pay fine and fees of $4,120. All but $1,620 of the fine and fees and 30 days jail were stayed on court conditions. He was placed on three years probation and ordered to serve 80 hours with the Sentence to Serve program. He was ordered not to possess or use alcohol or drugs and may not enter places where it is being used or sold. He must complete an alcohol assessment and submit to random searches and tests.

• Ryan H. Kittelson, 29, International Falls, was sentenced March 12 for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.

He was ordered to pay $4,120 fine and fees and serve one year in jail. All but $2,120 of the fine and fees and 30 days jail were stayed on court conditions. He was placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to serve 80 hours with the Sentence to Serve program. • Billie Jo Nicholson, 34, International Falls, was sentenced Jan. 9 for felony theft — take or transfer movable property without consent.

She was ordered to serve one year and one day at the Minnesota Correctional Facility, Shakopee. The sentence is to be served concurrently with a previous sentence.

• Daniel S. Lahmayer, 25, International Falls, was sentenced Jan. 27 for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.

He was ordered to one year jail and placed on three years supervised probation. The jail time was stayed.

• Jareth T. Williams, 20, International Falls, was sentenced Jan. 9 for felony fourth-degree drugs — sale to person under 18.

He was ordered to pay $270 fine and fees and placed on supervised probation for three years. He was ordered not to possess or use alcohol or drugs and may not enter places where it is being used or sold. He must complete an alcohol assessment and submit to random searches and tests.

• Harold M. Hyatt, 27, Duluth, was sentenced Jan. 9 for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.

He was ordered to serve one year jail and pay $4,320 fine and fees. The jail time and all but $2,200 of the fine and fees were stayed on court conditions. He was placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to serve 80 hours with the Sentence to Serve program. He was ordered not to possess or use alcohol or drugs and may not enter places where it is being used or sold. He must complete an alcohol assessment and submit to random searches and tests.
