Monday’s 83-degree temperatures were embraced by all ages as groups of families and friends flocked to City Beach to catch some rays and play in the water. It appeared that most of the beach goers who braved entering the chilly waters of Rainy Lake were shocked by the 60-some degree temperatures at first, but it only took a few seconds before most were fully submerged.
