International Falls residents traveling the downtown area Wednesday may have wondered why the city's bucket truck was working on a sign at Border Bar, as passersby reported to The Journal. City Street Commissioner Dennis Jonson said the city rents the truck to Kantor Electric when it cannot find another means to access signs, electric workings and lights. Jonson said the city charges Kantor Electric an hourly rate for use of the truck and the city only rents the truck to Kantor Electric.
