The DJ and County have been vague at best about their change in County Ordinances - they are available and if you care AT ALL about economic development in the County - you better check it out and GO TO THE MEETINGS. It basicly states that the County Board can do whatever they want. Your LEGAL rights are out the window.....

Check it out for yourself - it's pretty dry reading - but VERY important. Put your input into this - NOW - before it's too late.
