Did anybody notice that the train car safety blocks at the end of the tracks at the former pulp storage yard have been removed some time ago?? Did anybody notice the cars that were pushed off the end of those tracks toward Hwy 11 east last spring and summer?? A recent check, which I have wanted to do since the cars left the tracks, shows this to be an OSHA safety violation. Did our safety conscience Boise Paper Company, remove these safty stops because they are looking after our best interests?? Did the Sheriffs Dept. that has also noticed the removal of these safty stops and noticed the car that had derailed do anything about this safety hazard?? Does not anybody around here care so long as it doesn't affect them in the here and now?? Oh Well, I know it IS an OSHA violation. Only my observations and photo are required. Are there any more safety violations on company property that you know about but are afraid to even say anything to protect youself?? Are there any safety violations inside the plant that you can think of reporting?? Just log on to this site, open an account with any name you want,AND REPORT the VIOLATION...
