For the second year in a row, Duluth is trying to get State money to help pay for their DECC expansion. Why should the state use our money for their improvements? Or maybe I should ask -- if they can get money for the DECC, can we benefit from such monies?

Duluth is always whinning about their businesses and being left out of State money for improvements. Maybe we should try that and see if we can get some of those State funds to build some business here.
