Just read an article on funerals. The concept of biodegrable coffins I think is great. Some are made out of wicker,cardboard, pine etc. They even mentioned biodegrable clothing. Putting up wooden markers and planting trees are some of the other ideas. I don't know what our state laws are but I'm sure the funeral homes would discourage this as they would be losing alot of money.
