I am not a Law Enforcement officer so should not criticize. However, I have been dropping my children off at their respective schools and have noticed that cars are speeding in the school zone. Please keep in mind there are small children present, even at the High School, on Monday I saw a little girl crossing the crosswalk almost get hit by a black truck. If you're in a hurry to get to work or running late, please stay away from the schools during the a.m. and p.m. "rush hour." I saw last nights' Journal with the truck who hit a PARKED car and thought of the speeding going on by the schools. It is well-patrolled but I would like to see the speed limit enforced and a ticket (or two) be issued....especially in the a.m. hours.
Enforcing Speed limits?
