I was a little disappointed to read the paper last night and not see ANYTHING pertaining to the Food shelf Fundraiser that was being held today over lunch hour! At first I thought they must not write articles for events raising money - need to buy ads for that. But then I saw the large 1/2 page article written on the Ethnics Food Festival to be held the same day.

So sad that a little corner of that space couldn't have let people know that THEIR food shelf needed their help and support!
