Council spending taxpayers’ money on frivolous nothing

Here we go again with the city council spending the taxpayers money on frivolous nothing.

The administration office needs remodeling. Like we need the city council cloned. Their way of thinking is we need more fancy stuff for ourselves because we have 25 percent less staff. All they need is a desk, a chair and computer to do what’s necessary for the town.

But it’s not what’s for the good of the town. It’s what’s good for them. And that’s what it’s always been — what’s good for them — and that’s why the town is in the shape it’s in. Spend money the town doesn’t have; money that could be put to better use.

Then you have an letter by Cynthia Jaksa stating to save the taxpayers money because the town isn’t getting the full amount from LGA. This is logical thinking. They’re trying to play big shots, high rollers on the taxpayers’ money. It’s like a credit card of unlimited money for them to spend; money that’s not theirs.

It’s also part of their plan to stick Bob Anderson with as much (B.S.) as they can. Because when Bob was elected for mayor, that broke their good old boy circle.
