Your editorial on March 17, 2012, was right on target. Thanks for an intellectual and common sense approach to the subject.
It would seem those we have elected to govern are trying to wash their hands of a tough and sensitive subject.
We have a Republican form of government and they should govern accordingly.
You have rightly said philosophies and the environments change. This will do nothing but cause division among the citizens of the state. And will cause more distrust of a government that is not held to a very high esteem.
Thank God for the First Amendment and a free press. Keep up the work of informing the people. And support America by buying “Made in the U.S.A.”
