According to usatoday.com, Marine Sergeant Gary Stein started a Facebook page called Armed Forces Tea Party that contains posts critical of President Obama. 

He is now facing discharge if he is proven to be in violation of Pentagon policy barring troops from political activities.

What do you think?  Is he just exercising his right to freedom of speech or is he engaging in political activities?
