The new requirements and the new garbage truck purchased by the local garbage company makes me wonder how it will work. When it snows it is almost impossible not to have a snow bank everywhere. Where will the local apartment owners have enough room to line up a row of cans. In bigger cities I have seen this work as each home brings out their can on pick-up day and sets it at the curb. I dont quite know how this will work here. What do you think?
