How many officers employed by the Koochiching County Sheriffs Dept and the Int'l Falls Police Dept have any sort of criminal record, who are these officers and what are the charges. I would greatly appreciate it if Sheriff Youso and Chief Lessard would supply this info and also publish it with the Daily Journal. I think the people have a right to this information, actually I know that State Law says we have a right to the information. In the unlikely event that my request is denied does anybody the legal fast track to acquire this information? Does our jail system record and file activity within the jail and if so what steps are necessary to view the recordings?
