Just sayin'...the integration of Falls Memorial Hospital and SMDC International Falls hasn't been all wine and roses. The clinic has recently lost two very fine leaders because of internal politics and the resulting job frustrations. Also, two of the technical staff are a moving on to other employment. why? the reasons are primarily poor working conditions,wages not comparable to the rest of Minnesota, and and lack of affordable health insurance. who would have thunk, a medical center that can't give their employees affordable health insurance! just sayin'
