Any one else getting bills from the RFPA lately? The latest bill indicated something to the effect "a taxing district to collect unpaid bills". I don't remember any public meetings being held by the county to discuss this issue. The RFPA isn't a governmental department, so would they even fit the qualifactions for a taxing district? I guess it must be getting close to having another uprising from the members. For my money, I would rather pay it to the Falls Fire Department for coverage with the idea it would stop all this foolishness. Come on folks speak up or this issue will never go away!
