I would be curious to get other peoples opinion of new county road 102. Wheter or not they think this was taxpayer money well spent?
Take hwy 11 east of Int'l Falls about 8 miles. Go left on county road 138 (Gold Shores). Drive about two blocks and there at the private business sign you can take a right on county road 102.
