Minnesota Conservation Officer Darrin Kittelson and Keith Boelk last weekend offered an ATV safety training and course testing class to area youngsters. Anyone born after July 1, 1987, and is 16 years or older, is required to complete the independent study course in order to legally operate an ATV in Minnesota.
