“Pipkin” needs your help! He was an abandoned pup and very lonely. He is thin but with the right Tender Loving Care he will regain the weight intended for him. He will be vetted and neutered before going to his loving forever home. Pipkin is an unknown breed, about 12 to 15 pounds. He loves to give kisses, is very generous in the affection department and is just happy being loved. He will do well with children but is food aggressive with dogs as he had to fight for his meal for so long. He will have to be fed alone as opposed to a group. Other than that, he is adorable and needs a family. Please consider Pipkin when choosing a pet.
