County Market manager Joe Truman provided supplies to make 43 pies to donate to the Salvation Army’s annual Thanksgiving dinner served at the Elks Lodge. Pies were made in the Family and Consumer Science classes at Falls High School with Marva Fairchild instructing. It was reported the students worked diligently to make the pies and considered it a privilege to be part of a wonderful event that has served many people of the community. Last year, reportedly close to 600 meals were provided for the community. Students pictured from the left are, front row, Wesley Gunnerson, Cody Esler, Alex Kennedy, Levi Thorstad, Jessica Kennedy and Angela Hoppe. Back row, Fairchild, Derek White, Jenesa Casareto, Lindsey Granrud, Christina Leseman, Kennedi Schultz, Ashley Ahlbeck, Reva Renollet, Jacob Larson and Elizabeth Kruse.
