International Falls Police Department

Loud exhausts: Cpt. Tom Lynch reports that the department will crack down on illegal exhausts on vehicles, prompted by many complaints in the Third Avenue and 11th and 17th Street areas. Lynch said citations will be issued to drivers of vehicles that do not have legal exhausts. He said drivers may contact the department if they are unsure if their vehicle’s exhaust is legal.
