International Falls Fire Department Electrical fire: Firefighters responded to a call at an apartment at 812 Third St. at about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the tenant reported that the wall in the apartment was smoking. Firefighters discovered an electrical fire inside the wall, which firefighters tore apart to access the fire. Firefighters were at the scene for about one hour. The apartment was damaged and the building was damaged by water.
