International Falls Police Department Hit-and-run: Justin L. Briggs, Seventh Avenue West, reported Tuesday that his vehicle sustained damage to the bumper and headlight while parked at Kmart, 1606 Highway 11, where it was struck by a vehicle that left the scene.
