International Falls Police Department

Burglary: Police are investigating a burglary at Northland Counseling Center, 900 Fifth St., reported Monday morning. According to the report, 12 blank CDs and a lap top computer were taken. No further information was available.

Assault: A 46-year-old Falls woman remained in custody Monday in connection with an assault Friday that sent a 40-year-old Falls man to the hospital for treatment of a knife wound.
