Off road: A vehicle driven by Hailey R. Dault, 27, of the Falls, left County Road 96 causing more than $1,000 damage to the vehicle, according to a Tuesday report.
Damage, burglary: Tires on vehicles at three residences in the area of County Road 72 near Littlefork were slashed, according to reports Sunday. According to the report, some of the residences were entered. The investigation continues by deputies.

Train collision: Officers of the Ontario Provincial Police Rainy River District Detachment and Canadian National Police continue an investigation into Tuesday’s fatal collision involving a vehicle and a CN Railway freight train at the controlled railway crossing at Queen Street in Emo, Ontario. Matthew J. Frederick Boven, 20, Emo, was killed as a result of the collision. A post mortem is being conducted at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora, Ontario.
