Off road: A vehicle registered to Lori Reierson, Falls, and driven by an unlicensed minor driver entered the ditch at County Road 144 Sunday. According to the report, the driver sustained minor injuries.

Tree struck: A vehicle driven by Ashley Etienne, 16, Second Avenue East, left County Road 96 Sept. 1 and struck a tree. According to the report, the driver suffered minor injuries.

Burglary: Judd R. Sturm, address unavailable, reported Aug. 31 that a construction trailer and thousands of dollars of tools were taken from property near Ray. The burglary remains under investigation.

Grass fire: A fire crew with the Department of Natural Resources responded to a grass fire at the Brian L. Kelly residence, Town Road 204. According to the report, the fire entered the ground and ignited peat.

 

International Falls Police Department

Collision: Vehicles driven by Christine M. Hagen, 42, County Road 8, Littlefork, and Tyler M. Fentem, 18, County Road 21, collided Tuesday at Fifth Avenue West and Third Street causing $1,000 damage.

Theft: William J. Harris, Fourth Avenue East, reported Monday that stereo equipment valued at $540 and an Ipod valued at $160 were taken from his vehicle while parked near his residence. According to the report, the driver side window was open slightly and a stick was used to push the electric lock open.

Hit-and-run: Joseph R. Donnell, Falls, reported Monday that while his vehicle was parked at Cine 5, 1319 Third St., Aug. 30, it was struck damaged by a vehicle that left the scene.

Collision: Vehicles driven by June N. Hendrickson, 83, County Road 2 North, and Stacy W. Rasmussen, 43, 15th Street West, collided Aug. 30 at Fourth Avenue West and Third Street causing significant damage to the vehicles.
