Injured: Lisa Smith, 38, Eleventh Street, was taken by ambulance and later airlifted to a Duluth hospital after she was injured at about 7 p.m. Saturday when the vehicle she was driving on Highway 71 left the road while driving around a curve near the Littlefork Airport. She was ejected from the vehicle when it struck a tree and suffered non-life threatening injuries. The passenger, Gary Carr, 31, Fifth Avenue, was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Hit-and-run: Kurt L. Sobczynski, Hiway Lane, reported Wednesday that his vehicle sustained damage while parked at 1515 11th St. where it was struck by a vehicle that left the scene.

Hit-and-run: Steven Janttie, Third Avenue West, reported that his parked vehicle was sideswiped Dec. 8 when it was struck by a vehicle on County Road 20 that left the scene.
