The Bemidji Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Matthew C. Pulis, 31, who was last seen during the early morning hours of Oct. 20 in the downtown area of Bemidji. 

Pulis is described as a white male, 5-foot 7 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a dark blue zip-up hooded sweatshirt.

Residents are asked to check their properties and any out buildings, campers, or structures on their property.
