Snow business
A Koochiching County Highway Department worker uses a huge grader to cut down banks of snow at the corner of County Road 93 and Minnesota Highway 11 east. City graders are also taking advantage of the warm temperatures to minimize the snowbanks and increase visibility for traffic.
