The 2012 Bronco baseball team awards were presented last Thursday evening during a banquet at the Elks Lodge.
Ten players received school letters in baseball, including: freshmen Kevin Kilbride, Jackson Vollom, Jack Mellstrom and Ben Humbert; sophomore Wyatt Ulrich; juniors Caleb Dahlin, Josh Potter and Gunnar Anderson; and seniors John Bartkowski and Christian Kittelson.
Players receiving team awards included:
• Humbert, Rookie of the Year.
• Ulrich, Most Improved Player.
• Bartkowski, Players Award.
• Kittelson, Mr. Bronco Baseball and Most Valuable Player.
Anderson and Kittelson have also been named to the All-Section 7AA Team.
Anderson, who was a team captain in 2012, and Potter and Dahlin have been named as next year’s team captains.
