Possible home meet

Though the Broncos have yet to host a home meet this season because of the FHS swimming pool being unavailable after tiles came off the bottom following a deepening project, the possibility exists that the team could hold a dual meet Oct. 25, provided the pool reopens by then.

Falls Superintendent Nordy Nelson said Tuesday the pool could start to be filled with water later this week with the repair work finishing up.

Provided the water temperature and chemical balance would be taken care of in time, Nelson said there is a chance the Falls could host a meet later next week.

The Broncos still have a home dual meet on their schedule against Mesabi East set for 4:30 p.m. Oct. 25.
