Falls’ Kyle Askey runs down the approach while competing in the boys pole vault in Friday’s Section 7A meet at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Askey placed third after clearing 12 feet, 6 inches. He missed out on qualifying for this weekend’s state meet on a tiebreaker based on the number of misses.
