Bemidji State University women’s golf head coach Mark Bagaason has announced the signing of Kelly Blair of International Falls to play golf at BSU.

Blair, who is a six-year golf letterwinner at Falls High School, qualified for the Class AA state meet last season and finished 34th with a two-day total of 177.

She is currently eighth in this year’s Section 7AA Tournament after shooting a 97 on day one Tuesday.

Blair will major in elementary education at BSU.

“We are fortunate to add Kelly Blair to our roster,” Bagaason said. “She has improved her golf game each year in high school and we know she will work hard to do the same at BSU. “
