A banquet is being planned for next April to honor the next group of inductees into the Bronco Athletic Hall of Fame.
After last spring’s inaugural induction of nine individuals — seven former players and two coaches — the group involved with forming the Hall of Fame is planning in subsequent years to honor up to four inductees nominated as athletes, coaches/directors/advisors, at large members or teams.
The group met Wednesday and favored holding the next induction banquet April 20 at the AmericInn.
Group members also supported expanding the five-member selection committee to seven by including two previous inductees per year on a rotating basis to vote on the nominees for future induction.
The group set its next meeting for 7:30 p.m. Oct. 15 in Room 212 at Falls High School.
